How It Started
15 Years in the Making
It started in a driveway in Passaic County. After more than a decade working in dealership service bays — diagnosing European sports cars, American muscle, and everything in between — our founder saw the same frustration play out every day: customers waiting hours for simple repairs, paying shop fees on top of labor, and leaving without a clear explanation of what was actually wrong with their car.
